Sometimes you bump into a hidden treasure! And it amazes you why it has taken so long! We had the pleasure of dining in Bon Vin last night and were delighted to discover two gems - Bon Vin and their Executive Chef Lisa Nicholson! Ambience - we might have been in Paris for that matter! Even Stephanie who served us was from Dijon - culinary capital of France. Food - Scrumptious! Fresh-Modern Australian!
We loved everything we ate and drank but my favourite was the Duck Ravioli! Well balanced flavours and textures, well presented dish a feast not only for your taste buds but also for your eyes and nose!
