We only stayed for one night to visit the ruins.

Great central location.
Comfortable beds and actually pretty good free wifi for Mexico!

We had the whole place to ourselves as it was off peak season so it was even nicer.

The pool was warm (tepid bath temp) and looked beautiful at night time with the lights.

The restaurant is a reasonable price and the food is delicious. The complimentary bread and salsa was too die for so we had seconds! They also offer a complimentary cocktail to all guests who check in to the hotel too!

The shower was powerful and towels are left for you to use with an ecofriendly twist that they only give you one set depending on how long how long you stay (which we loved)!

Friendly staff who let us check in at 11am instead of 3pm.

Recommend to anyone passing through.

The room was very well laid out with lots of room, TV, clock radio and fantastic shower in washroom. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors on shower and the hot water was there immediately. Great buffet breakfast in restaurant. Friendly staff and beautiful grounds layout with tropical trees and vegetation in every area. Wonderful pool.

Having stayed in the sister hotel in San Cristobal it was not a disappointing short stay here- the staff were helpful and friendly - and knew enough English to compensate for our poor Spanish. The rooms were spacious and clean and well-furnished. The gardens were well-manicured and the hotel itself was funkily decorated in anticipation of the Day of the Dead. The breakfast and bar were good and service was excellent. The only minor gripes are the distance from the town itself -needing a trek down a shabby road and the weak wi-fi. A good place overall - but be prepared to walk or get taxis.

Room Tip: All rooms are good - best have views of the garden and pool

I would say that the restaurant and attitude of service are the qualities of this hotel; for those looking a pool it is a positive option. The rooms are pretty tired, look not very neat, a bot of noise from the corridors and access to internet is a pain. It could be an outstanding option if they improve these aspects.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean. There is a nice pool that was very much enjoyed in the heat. Our breakfast was included and it was good. The only negative was the beds were pretty hard and the walls were thin so you can hear everything. However, on balance, it was a great value and those things did not bother me much.
