“A very well appointed coattge-ideal for visting the many local beaches”
Reviewed 17 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Grace cottage is ideally situated in St Just -a great town with good local shops and pubs.
The cottage is very well appointed -good kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. A real home from home.
The front garden is a real suntrap -great to watch the sun go down with a G.&T. !
Parking is no problem.
Mark was very helpful (many thanks) and we shall be back.

“My stay in cornwall”
Reviewed 5 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We have stayed in St Just for four years now, my daughter lives here, but it is a lovely place to stay, near so many things for young and old. We have mostly been lucky with the weather, if raining or grotty here, go to the opposite coast and the sun will be shining.

“A very good choice - enjoyed our stay”

As we found the description of the property a bit vague, here's a bit more info. Grace Cottage has 3 bedrooms, one of which was described as a single, but is in fact a twin room. The other two had standard double beds which some may find a little small, but as we were two couples, we spread ourselves out a bit using all 3 rooms. The twin room has no wardrobe and no room for open suitcases, but the large chest of drawers made up for it - we just unpacked everything into the drawers and placed the suitcases under the bed. There is a shower and toilet upstairs (separate rooms) and a bathroom downstairs with a shower over the bath.
The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook there quite happily. There is a small Coop store and bakeries in the village and a couple of large supermarkets about 20 mins away in Penzance (so we stocked up on our way to St Just). There are also 4 pubs and a couple of takeaway shops.
The cottage was clean and tidy - not 100% spotless but perfectly acceptable even for someone as fussy as me. The bottle of wine on arrival (which we didn't get around to drinking!) was a nice gesture.
When we first arrived, the TV remote wasn't working properly and the heating wouldn't come on, but we resolved both issues ourselves (a previous visitor had obviously spilt something on the remote so it just needed a clean out, and the heating was straightforward once we found the instruction book in the kitchen).
St Just is an interesting place, and a good base for the Lands End area of Cornwall. The weather was very foggy for 3 of the 7 days, apparently not uncommon. To be fair, St Ives was also foggy when we went there.

“Lovely base for this part of Cornwall”
Reviewed 15 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Very pleasant cottage and very clean throughout. Just right for me, hubby and mum! An easy walk into the town of St Just, which is quite busy but a lovely place. The cottage has everything you need for a stay and is quite spacious. Don't miss a walk or drive to Cape Cornwall, much better than Lands End :)
If you feel like a long challenging walk, take the coastal route to Sennen Cove, stop for some refreshments and then get the bus back!
