“Cracking, self contained accommodation in a great position”
Reviewed 11 November 2012 for a stay in November 2012

This is a cracking, self-contained and well provided for accommodation in a brilliant position. In fact, by the time I left after three days stay, I wanted to live here. There is a double bed in one room and two single beds in another room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want, including tea and coffee. There is a TV and DVD player, a wood burner, and iPod docking station, and also Wi-Fi is available. The very pleasant owners, Steve and Julia, have left a wealth of notes and information that you can get cracking on your stay. They even list good pubs nearby and places to eat and visit. The place is a short walk across the beautiful fields to the town of St just which is full of lovely cafes and even better pubs and art galleries. The place is also situated very well for great coastal walks and lots of buses can take you into Penzance. And if you're down on a Thursday night, do not to miss the open mike night down at The Swan in St Just – my favourite night of the holiday. The Kings Arms does great meals also for when you can't be bothered to cook. All in all a great stay and great accommodation.

“The most wonderful accommodation”
Reviewed 1 October 2012 for a stay in June 2012

What a complete and utter treat it is to stay in this lovely accommodation, so we happily return there every year. It really is exceptional. The barn has been beautifully and thoughtfully furnished by Julia and Steve, the very helpful owners, who have provided everything possible to make your stay fantastic. The barn is a truly lovely base from which to explore the area. There is even a secluded garden to relax in. St Just, which has pubs, a small supermarket and a number of art galleries, is only a short walk away across a couple of fields with a wonderful sea view. Other local spots that are well worth visiting include Sennen Cove, the seals at Godrevy, St Ives by open top bus (surely one of the greatest bus journeys anywhere!) and the extraordinary Minack Open Air Theatre. Can't wait to get back!
