Quaint, Tranquil, Beautiful are all words used in the previous reviews, and I can simply echo them. The farm and surrounding area is exactly that.

The Annex itself is intelligently laid out, and equipped sufficiently with everything you will need. It is kept very well and the decor is very comfortable.

Caren is a lovely friendly host, who left us a lovely fruit loaf and tea for our arrival, and made sure all our needs and questions were attended to.

The Hot Tub is amazing! We spent around 3 hours in there over the 2 nights! It especially comes into it's own at night when their is a clear sky as the views of the milky way are outstanding.

There are plenty of places of interest and walks within a small drive, so I highly recommend short or long breaks here. I was in two minds in giving this good review as I would very much like to keep it to myself! We hope to be back indeed!

“Lovely cottage retreat”
Reviewed 17 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

This little cottage was the perfect destination for our holiday. We arrived to find a lovely decorated, clean cottage with the added bonus of a hot tub outside with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We felt very welcomed throughout our stay and even sampled some of the produce reared on the farm which was delicious! We would recommend this cottage to anyone and will be back soon for more sausages!!

“Perfect tranquility”
Reviewed 31 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

A perfect spot in the Devonshire countryside. I have been here twice in the last three months. Once with my partner and once with my mum. Absolutely idyllic. A perfect place to getaway to relax, to walk, to joy the countryside. Also a great spot to be based at to explore parts of the Jurassic Coastal path.

Recommend the bacon and bread that is home grown at little Snodwell.

Also thoroughly recommend the suggestion to visit Beer and have fish and chips there.

Caren and Martin are wonderful hosts who are happy to help out with any extras and have a great knowledge of the best places to go on your trip.

I will certainly be returning!

“Relaxing stay in a gorgeous setting”
Reviewed 21 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely organic farm. The cottage had everything we needed, was very clean, and has stunning views over the rolling hills of Devon. Toddler friendly, but had to take our own travel cot. Enjoyed walking around on the farm and looking at all the animals. The owners are very friendly and helpful. You can purchase some of their organic produce which was delicious! Pork sausages will never taste the same again! The highlight must be sitting in the hot tub! We will be back again..........hopefully soon.
