We stopped at Le Parc on our way to Switzerland, and found it to be delightful. The owner, Thierry, was charming and very helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. I would agree with previous reviewers that it's not the easiest place to find by Satnav, but Hermonville is not so big.
We had a superb meal at the Mets Envie restaurant, which is about 4 minutes walk away.
All in all, a fine start to our holiday ( I wish Swiss hotels were such great value !)
