“Great Place to Stay!”
Reviewed 1 August 2016 for a stay in June 2016

If you are looking for a quiet place in the countryside this place is perfect. We used the cottage for 3 weeks as a base to visit family and friends across Staffs and Staffs Moorlands. It is close enough to the Peak District for you to enjoy, yet also close to shopping in the Potteries. There is a small shop and a few pubs very close by and lots of walking trails to enjoy. The cottage has all the amenities necessary for daily cooking and living etc. Ann and Dave are very welcoming, yet not intrusive. Hopefully WIFI will be available in the cottage in the future.

“Best Half Term Break ever! Definitely will be back! Perfect holidays Location.”
Reviewed 5 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

We just came back from our wonderful holidays at the Old Hall Farm Holiday Cottage 1 over May half term. Ann made us feel very welcome. The cottage has absolutely everything you might need, even little pots of tea and coffer and sugar and it IS like a home away from home. We stayed with 2 children 4y and 6y and a 2yo toddler. The bedroom is spacious enough to fit a travel cot in which out toddler slept, shower is a little dated But I cannot find any other fault at all so overall very very satisfied with the cottage! There is a front garden with amazing views over the hills.

The Location is just perfect! Its 15min drive to almost anywhere you would like to go.. Alton Towers, Peak District, Local Towns, Pottery museums, Railway Trains ect.. We had an amazing stay, children cried when we had to leave, and we will definitely be coming back.
Book with confidence and you will not be disappointed!
