We visited this complex on a chilly day. We had a Bongo bon. There is no need to take a reservation as the complex is quite big. We stayed for around 6 hours and managed to try the Finnish, the Thai, the Japanese and the Arabian sauna. The experience in these four is quite similar in our opinion. We liked the Japanese one as it really invites you to lay down. We followed a 'aufguss' in the Thai sauna. We were in the end of the line so we needed to squeeze in. Come well in time if you like a specific spot (especially the lower places). The line already started forming more than 10 minutes before the session.
We also ate at the facility and the meal (spaghetti) was decent. As in all saunas drinks are quite expensive. I hope one day sauna complexes come up with a water forfait. One day. The end of the session was challenging. You get a slice of orange half way. But no drink (water/tea) in the end as is common in most saunas.
We were affraid there wouldn't be enough relaxing space indoors as it is limited but at no time we didn't find a spot. So they cleverly calculated this.
The crowd was mixed, of all ages and couples and singles. We never felt uncomfortable.
The outdoor pool has a nice temperature, also on colder days. Which was nice. We will probably return. Overall good experience.
