I recently had my wedding at the Grand and every part of the process was exceptional!! Our event planner, Margarita, the reservation department especially Fatima, the butler services (Cesar steamed my dress!!!), and most of all the housekeeping crew made my wedding a dream come true!!! We had the best experience and every single guests had something wonderful to say!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Room Tip: Master suite beachfronts are the best!!! They each have a Jacuzzi on the deck!!!

Our wonderful experience began with Federico in Reservations who was extremely helpful and answered all our questions patiently.
Marcela our Concierge did an outstanding job making sure we had a great stay. Both my children - specifically my son who has special needs - were very well taken care of. Thank you, Marcela, for your professionalism and all your help!
I would also like to thank our maids Chez and Ines who kept our suite spotlessly clean (even though my children brought in sand from the beach and water from the pool) and well supplied at all times .
Pablo our driver who took us to CrocoCun Zoo was wonderful as well. Everybody from the welcome staff at the entrance to the room service staff to the poolside / beachside staff to the restaurant staff were all so friendly and attentive.
We were initially very nervous about traveling with our son because of his special needs and diet restrictions, but all of our fears were put to rest as soon as we arrived. Everybody went out of their way to accommodate us.
Getting a suite with the private pool was a great decision for the kids. It was a splurge but sooo worth it!!
Thank you, Grand Residences, for a memorable vacation. Next time, we will plan to stay longer! We miss our time there already!

I was here a couple of weeks ago and it was really nice! everything was well arranged the only bummer was that we had a storm the last couple of days. Also the seaweed was not very nice but we survived. overall the food and the location was awesome!

We stayed here just one evening passing through to catch a flight and I wish we would have had the opportunity to stay longer. Service was unassuming but perfected from our check in to the restaurants (we ate at both and enjoyed them immensely) to the housekeeping staff. The hotel arranged driver who picked us up from the airport had cool towels and bottled waters for us. The Suburban we were picked up in was immaculate and the driver was very friendly and informative. We got a history lesson on the way to the hotel. The grounds are gorgeous, pools are stunning and views of the ocean can't be beat. Our room (one bedroom corner suite) was spacious, well appointed and clean with an envious rain shower in the master bathroom to die for. Beds were comfortable and our room had a jacuzzi tub on the balcony, overlooking the pools and beach. From what I could tell, this is an ideal place to stay for both couples and families alike. I would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from G R. We were a family of 6 adults & 3 children, ages, 2 1/2, 3 & 6.
The resort physically is superb for families or adult vacations. Traveling with young children can be difficult. The G R made it a true vacation. Adults & children were well taken care of & spoiled. The food was EXCELLENT.The service also. Having room service made breakfast with children a breeze.
Our hotel service was impeccable. There were a couple of days that the maid service really had their work cut out for them & they completed it with flying colors.
Restaurants are 1st class. We had the 3 bedroom villa, 3100 sq feet & 3 1/2 baths. Plenty of room to be together. The Grand experience is well worth the cost. It is not your usual all inclusive: top notch brands & lovely spa.
We will definitely be back.

Room Tip: Master has a living,dining, full kitchen,washer/dryer,& half bath.
