Just spent a week at the Radoo hotel in Tulum and can’t say enough about the place! Stunning pool and rooms. The staff was outstanding..always so nice and attentive. I’m trying to think of one negative, but coming up with nothing.
It’s great to know next time I’m in Tulum I don’t need to search for a hotel..I’m staying at Radoo!

Our Radhoo Tulum experience was better than expected. The Hotel is new and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful any questions or concerns were answered immediately through the concierge whatsapp. The pool area is very relaxing and large so all guests have enough space. The beach is just a 2min walk from the room which is great! Breakfast very tasty and there is always something else to pick from. Overall a great experience and will definitely visit again.

We had the best time at Radhoo. everything from the location to services provided by the conciergerie was perfect. I strongly advise you to book the delux suite so you can have a splendid view of the sunset 🌅. Very romantique!

Amazing stay! Loved the room, the breakfast (really amazing!! better than other famous places like Azulik and Real Coconut) and the pool. The service is also so amazing. Isaac helped us with all reservations, and they were all so kind and helpful. We will definitely stay in Radhoo again when we come back to Tulum

The new management team and especially Isaac was a pleasure to be hosted by! Isaac made us feel comfortable and taken care of the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond by ordering us breakfast straight to our room, showing us the neighboring properties, and giving us great recommendations around the area. The room looking over the jungle with the nets was a breath taking space to spend time quality time connecting and practicing yoga. It’s a easy place to miss off of the main road, but a hidden treasure indeed!
