They really don't care about the guests beyond a point .. The check in and check out were not pleasant .. Compare it with the standards of oberoi and taj in India .. This one really needs a lot of work
If it rains they don't care how u make to your room .. Umbrellas missing .. Carts parked and drivers are busy on mobiles and chatting amongst themselves ..
It's a lovely looking property but u will notice the service level flaws throughout your stay ..

My experience was amazing for this hotel. Just nice hospitality. Warm welcome.willdefinately recomend all people to stay in the same. Rooms were good and nicely make up. However just check some rooms have bathroom tub with some spots.
No other thiong that we have to writer bad about it. I had gone with my family and my 3 years old daughter. Waht is the main thing she like to be in hotel only rather then moving out.
She also enjoye d a lot. The food also is good. Their daily live counter food were delicious. Even pizzas were also awesome.

We went to North Goa for vacation though all plan was spoiled by monsoon and i made immediate booking in grand hyatt, as nothing much was left around baga and other beaches.
The property is a new and spacious one with very soothing ambience. As its a new property water sports and other activities was not started. so for entertainment there was not much to do. but the hospitality and services was beyond expectations. one of the best staff always interested for providing their services. Good restaurants and yummy desserts.
had a worth and meaningful vacation.

Room Tip: Rooms facing swimming pool and beach both.

The property is a new and spacious one and it was beautifully done. The whole property was maintained very nicely and they have 5 types of restaurants to enjoy different types of food.
I must refer to the front office persons who were very much not interested in attending us at any time. They were looking forward to only group checkin and our experience with them made us feel bad.
The room service was not what you expect from a property like this. The food was served cold and were in tiffen boxes also takes longer time.
Our experience with the different restaurants made us very happy. With the way the persons responded made us very happy and wanted us to stay for more. They made sure that we had a great time and were friendly. They have a good set of cocktails which are very passionately made and are very good. Willing to check them out again but the front office thought makes me uncomfortable.

We stayed as a family immediately after New Year for four nights. An amazing hotel in a wonderful location overlooking a curved bay.
It had only been open for a couple of months, so staff teething problems were evident!
A very service oriented General Manager from Sweden was on hand to help iron out any difficulties.
The restaurants are varied, multi cuisine, but hugely expensive, but this is a five star property!
Excellent proximity to the capital Panjim, much closer to the capital and airport than some of the southern Goan hotels.
Wonderful free form pool and poolside bar and restaurant.
Rooms are well designed and elegant, the best have views over the landscaped gardens towards the ocean.

Room Tip: Ask for an ocean front room.
