I will definitely not be recommending the hotel to anyone! Although the bedroom was clean, comfy and reasonably well-kept and well-equipped with good access to the free Wi-Fi, the bathroom was very dated - everything had a brown tinge to it - and brown water came out of the taps. I quickly resorted to using bottled water to brush my teeth.

The rest of the hotel was also dated - there were leaking ceilings and a general feeling of damp. A large patch of carpet on my floor was wet for my entire stay.

Fortunately, my room was at the back of the hotel and quite high up, but others I knew staying there were at the front of the hotel and, despite also being high up, were kept awake at night by the noise from the nightclub down below.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good size and comfortable bed. In center of town so convenient to walk. Hotel in need of updating as very old. Musty smell around the hotel. Breakfast was ok with good choice of food.

Though I agree with some earlier comments that the hotel is in need of upgrading, I was very pleased with the friendly services and location in the heart of Phuket Town. The property is very suitable for wedding and meeting events and I can highly recommend this. Will be back again soon but can't wait to see the improvements after renovation soon!

China Eastern Airline put us up at this hotel for a night when our flight was canceled. It's very old and dingy and needs to be updated. The sheets and beds were clean but the bathroom was not up to par. The breakfast and lunch buffet was not edible, even after spending 2 weeks eating street food in Thailand

Well what can I say???? It was probably nice in the 70's 80's.. the hotel is in real bad state of repair especially on the 5th floor I think on the walk to the pool, the smell of damp and serious amounts of damage on the ceiling and walls, I would avoid like the plague...
