I called the park before booking to check sleeping arrangements for 6 people including a baby. Nice lady said they could take a bed out of the twin room, but tell them before hand, which I did.
4 of us arrived with the baby, to be told that they knew nothing about the cot bed and no-one would help us that night. We sorted it between us, propping a mattress against the wall.
The caravan was suitable to meet our needs and equipped with crockery and cooking bits, which was good. However, whilst cleanliness is reported to be important by the owners, this is not a place I felt was clean, and antibac'd most of the place, before, during and on leaving.
Thick dust on the head boards, rips on the cushions, pillows thin and limp, dead bugs by the sofa and around by the lounge bedding, outside light broken, torch on key didn't work, microwave tatty and rusty, and left over tea and sugar in the caddys - hardly covid reassured.
Overall, this place was ok to be a point to start and end our day. It might be nicer in the sun, when you can explore the hills around and use the outside play area. If worried about hygiene then avoid.
