Most disappointed but saved by the weather and proximity to the golf course which was a deciding factor when making the reservation in addtion to the fact that our usual place was fully booked.
I booked a two bed bungalow - requesting the sunniest spot. Our terrace did not get the sun at all had to sit on the path through the complex for morning coffee and on a patch of grass 50 yards away during the day to be in the sun unless by the pool.
Basic facilities - full kitchen only if you compare it to a first year student facility in a hall of residence 30 years ago - I do not call three electric rings and a microwave a full kitchen.
The sign by the TV warning of earwigs and cockroaches was not inspiring - they only came out to play on our penultimate day - reassurrance about being good to nature and fungicide got lost in translation.
Not a big TV watcher but was not going to pay 20 euros for the priviledge.
Free Wifi - only by the bar, no service in the rooms. A routine slipped into place walking to this area - service was not always good, had to ask for re-connection of router several times. Yes on holiday but still connected to my work place but frustrating that in a morning bar not open even for a coffee
Towels changed once no bed linen change - but only myself and my son two bedrooms two beds in each so half way through the week we swopped beds!
Staff were not rude but only just civil in my opinion they did the bare minimum not really engaging in conversation. Shower leaked and I was not confident that this would be sorted when we left-reception did not convey interest hopefully the message got through to maintenance
Very disappointed I would not re-visit despite the short walk to the golf course! When booking was told it was the last available room - I would say 60% in occupation not happy with the lack of a sunnier spot when requested

Room Tip: Not 41 in Feb no sun in terrace area aim for poolside they get sun through to sunset

Just come back from a week here 5th - 12th Jan. Smashing little complex of bungalows, nice and quiet, very clean in general, esp. round pool area. Staff very helpful, The complex is very secure and the only gate in and out is locked after 10.00 p.m. and you had your own key to get in. Nice little supermarket on site. There is a small snack bar on site but is limited, ie burgers , pizza's etc. but they do not do breakfasts. There is a nice looking restaurant on site that smelt lovely but we never tried it !!!! The bars at the front of maspalomas were a steady 20 mins stroll but there was not much there, a few restaurants and maybe a couple of bars.......... We went into playa del ingles on a night, the Jumbo centre is good for a visit, it is predominantly gay/ drag orientated, there are plenty of bars and it goes on till the early hours, Mulligans bar is well worth a ride to, very lively round there and a few good bars. Taxi's were around 4 euro's a trip to these places but i always gave them 5 so this needs budgeting in. The great thing about these bungalows are they are only a 10 min stroll to the magnificent sand dunes. Back to the bungalows !!! the towels were only changed once during out stay and the bed linen wasn't changed at all, apparently it is changed every 7 days so if your there for 2 weeks you'll get it done once, only like home i suppose !!! We stayed in bungalow 16 and it felt a bit cold in the room as there was no sun on the bungalow all day, inside there is a tv which costs 20 euro for a week or 4 euro a night but there is only 2 English channels, sky news and MTV.2 cooking rings which work well and will heat the room up a bit !!!! a microwave and a fridge, the shower is adequate but doesn't last long then you have to wait for the boiler to heat up again............ would we stay here again? i would say so

A first time visit to Campo Golf Bungalows was an very enjoyable experience. The staff were more than helpful in any way they could be, providing local information and advice if required.
Our room was clean and adequate.
The accommodation was excellent value for money.
I look forward to visiting again very soon

We arrived at the Campo Golf at 2am not the best time to arrive anywhere but the layout of this complex like a little village in a circle was most puzzling we walked round for allmost an hour before having to go to reception for help finding our room basic room cooking facility's adequate there was a television but a quite a large rental cost

Room Tip: Pick one near the entrance
