Room not cleaned, during a 3 days trip, id 2 nights 4 and 5 of september
I can understand the difficulty about the service room , because at 10h30 we still have the paper on the door 'we are slipping', but at 10;30..... only 10:30 when the documentation about the availibility of the room says' not before 3:00 PM. except paying 10 £ per hour before 3:00 PM.
When arriving, 10:oo PM , viewing this situation, the second night of september 5, I tried to call rthe reception: --> nobody to take the call...
When complaining at the reception, the person, a woman at 8:30 next day id september 6, , in front of me, didn' t seem to understand my remark and do ......nothing, Fully ignorance: NOT acceptable to a such 'chain', the main criteria to select an hotel, and book a room in this town.
