We stayed 8 nights in a two bed house the bedrooms are small and beds seem narrow but very comfortable and enough clothes storage space. Very clean. The living area did not feel small to me the kitchen was great good quality appliances and everything you need for family meals. Nice outside furniture and beautiful small garden with many pink flowers.

The second bedroom had a top bunk with no guard rail my son wanted to sleep on it (he could have slept in a normal single as the room actually slept 3 and we only needed 2 in this room) but we let him try the bunk and padded the floor with the outdoor seat cushions in case he would roll out in his sleep luckily he never fell out as he is a very heavy and still sleeper and not a wriggler!

The holiday park has an indoor play area with mini trampolines it adjoins the bar restaurant. The play area was very busy when we were there I think there was a birthday party going on though. We got take away food from the restaurant one night and it was delicious . There is an outdoor climbing frame as well on a sand surface . You can hire bikes from the park . There is a coin operated washing and drying machine you use. There is an indoor pool with one flume and a separate toddler paddle pool. I read that you can use the outdoor pool of the topparken sister site that's just a few minutes drive away but we didn't avail of this option.

This is in a lovely area with great beaches nearby

Overall good location and calm environment. There is plenty of room for all guests in the cozy chalets.
However: beware of the extra costs which are being charged at checkout.
Cleaning is billed at 68 EUR ( for a luxury cabin ), an unavoidable cost even if you have taken care of the garbage, done the dishes and removed the sheets from the beds. The sheets are priced at 12 EUR per person ( per fortnight ). So whether you stay 1 night or 2 weeks, you will pay the extra costs at the end.
There is some eco-tax and a local commune tax, not unusual.
In my case I ended up with 153 EUR of extra costs on top of the 109 EUR "house rent", for 1 night.
Overpriced if you consider that this is not a hotel !

The cottage reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no smoke alarm installed, despite them having a gas stove in there. The property nickel-and-dimes guests for everything. After you book there's a 12 euro per person mandatory linen fee. Except towels are not included in it. Want towels? That's 4 euro per person extra. They only provide you with enough toilet paper and dishwashing detergent to last 1 day, there is no soap. You are supposed to buy these basic supplies yourself. The bedrooms are extremely tiny, smaller than most walk-in closets. Wifi allows max 2 devices to connect.

We stayed in a beachhouse for a week and it was very nice! Dishwasher is really relaxed at this house and a great garden. The restaurant was nice and also the swimmingpool was relaxed warm. You can hire a bycicle and go to the beach which is great there. Also the city of Noordwijk is nearby with shops and restaurants.

It's a very nice small house with all the luxury you need. The 'master' bedroom has a closet were you can leave al your clothing. The bathroom is big enough and a very nice shower. Also the living room is very nice decorated and it felt directly as home.
