From the moment we entered this hotel it was a delight. The historic building is amazing and the way they have blended the old with the new is an architectural masterpiece. The staff were so welcoming and capable.
Our room was very sleek and modern with all the amenities. We had a lovely view of the courtyard where we had coffee later in the evening.
They have a roof top deck with plunge pool and lounge chairs where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.
We had dinner at the hotel and it was incredible. We had the timeless menu with 12 courses and we paired with the 5 wine selection. This is a meal you will not forget. The tastes, the presentation, the ambiance and of course the service were second to none. We finished with coffee and petit fours in the garden. Just a wonderful evening.
I the morning we had a very nice breakfast in the garden.
Just a tip is to follow their driving directions to get up the hill, not your GPS or you will have quite an experience as we did.
It is expensive but well worth the extravagance.

Right in the center of the historical city, and one of the most beautiful in my experience.

Service is pristine and the restaurant, truly afanes is marvelous. The chef is highly recognized and I am a witness of his talents.

The service impecable!! All the people here are so nice it feels like family.

Super recommended. It's pricey but a treat for the soul. Will come back for sure.

5 stars without hesitation.

First, I am rating the restaurant only as we stayed nexdoor (at the Paradore) for the night.
The food was excellent. Inventive, full of savoures. The choice is only between a Full menu or a degustation Menu.
The wine list is impressive (and visiting the cellar after dinner is a must) offering a wide range of prices.
The service is (almost) perfect, performed by a smiley staff.
A negative point : everyone of the same party has to choose the same menu. This approach is quite irritating and abusive. What about a party of four deciding to split into two party of two ? This should be the answer to this bad habit.
À part from that, we can only but recommend this place.

Location, decoration, presentation, excellent.
Must visit the cellar! One of the best in Spain with great selection of Chateau Yquem.
Unfortunately the Sommelier is NOT to the level of the selection of wines.
Menu degustation interesting but of varying quality.

We were celebrating my father's 80th birthday, and all the Atrio's team treated us, especially my parents. All of them were warm, kind and took care of every single detail, so our visit was extremely pleasant.
Food was beatiful and the room cosy. Service was outstanding!!!
We'll come back!! ❤️
