Bedding could have been better, sheet was in need of an iron. Sofa was very hard and not comfortable to sit on for more than 10 minutes, curtains were not wide enough to cover the windows and bedroom is on ground floor looking onto the street. Kitchen was very tiny. Garden consisted of a tiny decked area overlooking a garden that is shared by several flats including two dogs whose owners did not clean up after them. But overall at £39 a night it was good for the price.
