Great hotel not far from the centre of town. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable rooms. Plenty of parking and a good location. Very helpful staff including Rachel on the front desk. Special thanks to her. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant next door. Great experience.

I usually stay here so I don't have to travel too far to go to Uni. The staff are always really friendly and welcoming. I once had a little goodie back left for me which was a nice surprise! If your room is at the front then you can hear cars driving and racing up and down the nearby road. If you're on the top floor you get a quite quiet stay as you've not got people walking about above you.
A very warm welcome, efficient staff (a small problem I had was rapidly resolved), spacious rooms, quiet. WiFi is basic (I had to upgrade @ £5/day on two occasions just to download emails), ideally situated with nearby take-away outlets and the restaurant next door, good bus links with central Glasgow.
We stayed here recently and visited the restaurant next door, both hotel and restaurant were lovely and all staff we spoke to were very pleasant and friendly. Hotel was very clean but older rooms but always spotless.
I stayed a few weeks ago and the staff were amazing from check in until we left. Rooms are a bit older but spotlessy clean, restaurant food was lovely especially all you can eat breakfast, would recommend and will definitely stay again
