You get what you paid for. We were room only and cost about 28 pounds a night. It's clean but basic. Every thing you want is extra. Kettle 15 euro a week and fridge 20 and so on. You do get what you paid for. It's central to town and easy walking. Buses to centre of malta so it's a good location. Bathroom was shabby and paint fell of ceiling and was a pain to get resloved. Been to a lot worse though. Good point it's clean and central.

I stayed here the beginning of may, on arrival check in took ages as the staff on duty didnt speak English very well.
The staff in general were impolite and not very helpful, we asked for the room to swept because of bugs on balcony but they never came.
We had to go to reception and ask for clean towels and toilet rolls.
The room never got cleaned all week only the beds changed once.
The food was disgusting, cold, bland everybody ate out.
Also the noise levels from younger guests using the pool at 4am on several nights was horrendous.
Cleanliness of hotel facilities in general were very poor.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This hotel is not fit for human habitation I don't think it would even be allowed to run as a prison in the U.K. It needs to be condemned.

The food is not edible I would not even give it to an animal. It's greasy left out for days gives you a bad stomach. It is not all inclusive it's one tiny plastic cup of piss poor beer or squash and they will only give you one at a time.

I have stayed in hostels in the third world with better conditions and facilities.

Malta and st Julian amazing but do not stay here.

This hotel needs to be boycotted so it is knocked down and a new modern hotel is put in place in keeping with the rest of the area.

Please do not stay here under any circumstances

I stayed 10 days in this hotel, but it was something incredibly bad. They chatted every night, screaming, singing, running on the corridors, others knocking at the door in the middle of the night.
It was my bad holiday, ever.

Once upon a time maybe this hotel was ok and 3 stars
BUT now it's shocking, some of the staff are terrible, their manners are disgraceful and unhelpful, it's far from all inclusive.!!
STAY AWAY.!!!!!! There are new managers involved now who are trying to turn it round but wow what a task they've got.!!! The new pool and bar manager was very approachable and listed to the guests I'm afraid I didn't get his name, I really hope he succeeds in turning faulty towers into something decent.!!!
