Firstly let me say that this accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the owner pleasant and helpful. However we found the living space very cramped and uncomfortable. The kitchen/dining area was very, very small and it was difficult to prepare anything other than a simple snack or meal Even this was onerous. The stove was very small and if the oven was used there was only one burner working. There was no space for preparation and the fridge needed a new seal. There was the bare minimum of pots, pans and serving dishes. The bathroom, whilst clean was no place to linger with the smallest sink possible and not a lot of pressure from the shower.More towels needed to be provided for the length of our stay.
This place might be OK for a night or two but we stayed a week and found it a trial. It is a 2 mile drive down a narrow country lane (no lights when dark) after leaving the main road. Then onto a rough farm track for a couple of hundred yards, through two farm gates which have to be opened and closed before reaching the property. Luckily we had no rain when there but would not have wanted these obstacles in wet, muddy weather.
No wifi or internet

Enjoyed thoroughly, stayed with my partner for an early Christmas. It was perfect. Very quiet, friendly and great facilities for cooking and generally living. Price was brilliant and the electric was done by a meter of £ coins, but was no hassle. Spent about £6 worth on the whole weekend.
Will defiantly be returning.
