We went here with 3 kids of different ages and they all loved it. They could dress up and explore the different floors of the castle. We saw beautiful rooms, old tools and appliances and a nice collection of stuffed animals of the local fauna.

Visited as part of a wedding in August 2015. Cute baby deers live there. We stayed at "Gite de luxe" located just outside the castle with a big company of friends, and it was great!

Beautifully restored and well organised with multiple language-cards in each room explaining the history. The kitchen area under the Castle is particularly fascinating and brilliantly fitted out with items of the period. Background sounds reminiscent of daily life in the 14th century add to the atmosphere. A wonderful mix of periods well presented. Highly recommended.

Practically there is only one museum in the premises.
The setting and explanation give you an idea on how life was centuries ago.
We downloaded a coupon for 1+1 to save on entrance fees.
