We were on our way home and stopped in here for a quick lunch. It has changed a lot since we last visited a few years ago. And changed for the better. We were given a warm welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble. It is an excellently family run pub now. The beer and wine selection was good and they were able to offer gluten free bread. I had the fish finger sandwich which was very good. The bread was griddled and the goujons inside were superb and the batter was crunchy right up till the end. My wife had egg mayo on gluten free bread which was also very good. A real surprise at how much this place has changed and is so so so much better. Great food, great people and we will be back without a doubt. Best of luck.
