“Fabulous cottage in a fantastic setting”
Reviewed 12 June 2013 for a stay in May 2013

Nia Roo is a stunning property with everything you could ever need to make your stay in a wonderful setting very comfortable and relaxing. The cottage is finished to a very high standard in every respect and is situated in the perfect place to explore some of the finest scenery you could wish to see.
Christine and Colin are always on hand for advise on the area or offers to visit their Highland cattle,Lambs, or Red Deer which visit the area all the time.We saw Otters from the cottage window in the estuary as well as seals. There are endless walks on the doorstep and so many great places to vist, a week was not long enough.Nia Roo is a great cottage in every respect, you wont be disapointed and we will be booking again.

“Fantastic place”
Reviewed 15 April 2013 for a stay in April 2013

Loved the house, very spacious, great standard and lovely views. Christine and Colin very hospitable, and took them up on seeing the highland cows and stags being fed-brilliant. A lovely site with a great view, great for touring around Skye and lochalah. House spotless and well appointed-website pictures don't give the feeling of how much space there actually is. Would definitely stay again

“Great location & excellent value for money!”
Reviewed 25 August 2012 for a stay in August 2012

Nia Roo has a wonderful elevated situation overlooking the loch. The bungalow is spacious, comfortable & very well equipped, being spotlessly clean with tasteful decor. It is ideally located for exploring the western coastline, with easy access to Skye. Nia Roo was excellent value for money accommodation. We highly recommend this property.
