its refreshing to read the review below... i worked at Mill Bay last summer, i'm from NY and the 'chef' was a friend of my fathers...his pastry work is fantastic and so is the coffee. However, he and his wife have terrible people skills especially when dealing with employees. "Chef' would frequently lose his temper with us in front of customers, over menial dilemmas. Making their experience less then pleasant, i would imagine.
