“home from home”
Reviewed 4 March 2015 for a stay in February 2015

This is our fifth stay at Dunnington annex, the property is bright and airy with views onto open fields, it is comfortably furnished to a high standard with a well equipped kitchen luxury bathroom, excellent comfortable double bed, loads of cupboard space and nice lounge area with views across open fields. The owners Jean and George are always on hand for help or information if needed but completely unobtrusive and on arrival you will be impressed by the standard of the accommodation, it being well decorated and spotlessly clean with enough supplies to make a cup of tea or drink the complimentary bottle of wine.
(We travel from France so a cup of good tea is always welcome)
Local small supermarket in the small friendly village and large supermarket only some 10 minutes away as is York centre so it has been ideal for our stays being in a quiet village but near enough for shopping etc and to see the sights.
I have no hesitation in giving this accommodation full marks for every aspect.
We always enjoy our stays and do not think you will find anything of this standard easily.
Thankyou
Sam Katrina and Lobo the dog

“A home from home”
Reviewed 22 February 2015 for a stay in December 2014

This was our second stay at the bungalow and once again it didn't dissapoint. Spotlessly clean, exceedingly comfortable with a wonderful bed, great kitchen, fantastic shower and underfloor heating that guaranteed we were kept nice and warm over our Christmas stay. Plenty of space to relax, and a lovely view of the immaculate garden and fields beyond. Great location for access to York and the village is very pretty too. We will be back.
