An amazing find, a beautifully and exceptionally clean establishment, family run. We were greeted by Manuel the owners son, very charming and speaking excellent English. The whole of the Palcio is tastefully decorated with period furnishings. The bedroom was great with a walk in shower and air conditioning. There is a pool and patio for smokers! No restaurant but Manuel recommend a local one and even arranged for us to be picked up and returned by the restaurant manager. Perfect!

Room Tip: Explain to Manuel your requirements & he will be only too pleased to accommodate.

We stepped in from the very hot sunshine into a beautiful cool courtyard, authentically furnished and were greeted by the owners, Manuel and his mother. We were made to feel really welcome, and nothing seems too much trouble. There are plans to open a restaurant, but no food available at the moment. But... Manuel was very helpful in recommending places to eat. Our room is not the biggest, but is very sweet, and spotless, with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom is spotless with a double shower. The swimming pool and lovely patio are a bonus. My only regret is that we are only staying for one night, on our way to Portugal. There is no official parking, but plenty of on-road parking right outside the hotel.
Thank you Manuel for the fab chats, really do hope to see you again (in Cambridge perhaps???)

Stopped for a night en route from Madrid to the coast. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and generally a perfect place to stay. The owners are really friendly and were very helpful. Shame they don't have a restaurant going but they have got the restaurant there and they told us it's their intention to get it up and running soon. We had tapas up the road, ok but nothing special.

In a little village of Andalusia, this hotel it's a surprise: it's a old tipical andaluz palace, with a beautiful patio, and same different rooms.
The hotel is very clean, well equipped and with a pool (not so bad in the spanish summer!).
the owner is a charming lady.
