Myself and my partner checked in for an overnight stay, Mary checked us in and upgraded us to one of the lovely rooms on the first floor, she was so patient when we were asking twenty million questions on where to go and what to do, my partner left his charger behind and mary very kindly organised for it to be returned to him, even though she was very busy she was very pleasant and chatty and I would say she's an asset to the hotel, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable, breakfast buffet had great choice, and the leisure facilities were fantastic

We've spent here three nights with my family, at the beginning of a bike tour on the Atlantic Way. It's a very convenient location to visit Killarney and the surroundings. Rooms are spacious, clean, well lit and comfortable. We've tried the breakfast -excellent- and the restaurant, which has a narrower offer, but the food is delicious as well.
The staff is super-kind and supportive, and we've tried them all! Not only have we received help for ordinary things, but also in some "special" requests that have always been fulfilled with patience and kindness.
A safe choice.

Room Tip: Family suites are huge.

As we are travelling with a car it is great to find a hotel with free parking. The hotel is on the Orenmore roundabout but you can't see it if you are coming from the North. The tom tom doesn't find it because it isn't actually on Dublin Road. The hotel couldn't give us an address - the reception just said "Welcome to Ireland". There are two choices of restaurant - snack menu in the bare or three course meal in the more formal dining room. Breakfast isn't included but they do offer breakfast at 10 euros per head.

The title says it all really. The room was clean and comfortable. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. The fried eggs at the breakfast buffet could be better as they were rubbery but we asked for freshly cooked one which was done with no problem.
Would stay here again

Dropped in to the Bistro with friends. Some toasted sandwiches and paninis with coffees were ordered. The lady serving was most pleasant and friendly. Plenty of parking available. Convenient stop to meet someone without having to go in to the city.
