Wonderful friendly place with added pub,and fantastic view point of ring of Kerry. The goat cheese and tomato pizza was tasty.
We had room in attic suitable only for "young ones",as small, but shower great and modern.

This is a great pub/hostel style accommodation to stay on the Ring of Kerry. The rooms are basic but very clean and great value for the price. The pub is cosy and staff very helpful and helped us plan the rest of our journey south. We ate dinner at a nearby Thai restaurant at the owners suggestion (the pub only serves dinner on weekends) but the continental breakfast was good.

What more do you need other than a pub, nice food, great kitchen for breakfast and lovely bedrooms, all under one roof? Overlooking Dingle Bay it really is spectacular and great value. Jack and the staff are very welcoming. Caitin's is in the middle of nowhere on the side of a road, but that's the beauty. Perfect for swimming in Kells beach, or cycling, hiking the Kerry Way or exploring by car. I loved the kitchen - so big and open. Breakfast was generous. Weekend dinners were top quality.

This place is in a lovely location looking out at the sea. we were lucky enough to get a room at the front with a sea view. The whole place is spotless. we were given our run of the kitchen where there was fruit, cereals, yogurts, bread etc. left available to us. We were able to pop down in the morning and take a cup of tea and toast back to bed and sip it while looking across the bay to dingle. Great stuff. Also had a few pints in the bar while chatting a couple of the locals. great pint of Guinness as well. would highly recommend this place but be aware that you are quite a distance from any town so if you want to whoop it up. this is not for you. jack, the owner is a gentleman and will make sure your stay is comfortable.

great area. go for it. also. make sure you have a look at the sheep trialing next door. very enjoyable.

Room tip: Rooma t the front was great. however, some road noise in the morning so you might prefer the back. all very clean though.
