I spent with my husband 7 nights in this guesthouse when travelling around Ireland during our holiday.

It has a very convenient location by the river not far from the town centre. Good restaurants and pubs are only a few minutes walk from the guesthouse. The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious with a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely dining room. Ann and Fin, who took care of us, are wonderful people, very friendly, kind, helpful, always ready to give good advice about trips.Fin is also an excellent singer, we could hear him sing and play the guitar with his son in one of the pubs in Killorglin and it was a life experience.
From the guesthouse you can easily reach all the attractive places like Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Killarney national park and others,

Killorglin is a very good place to stay and drive the Ring of Kerry and also Dingle. The Coffey's are exceptionally nice hosts and work hard to make everyone welcome. The problem with their BnB is that the beds are hard, pillows extremely flat, and towels are not soft. We were only there for two nights and felt very glad that it was not longer due to the uncomfortable rooms. The only plus that we could recommend is the breakfast and the efforts of the hosts to make you feel welcome.

A great place with fantastic views from cosy clean rooms - the welcome from Anne and Finbarr could not get any better than this - genuine, warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble - local knowledge and service was first rate - these are the sorts of places that give Irish tourism the best of reputations - recommend unreservedly!

I arrived here late in the evening with no money as i had lost my purse. The owner, on blind trust allowed me to bank transfer him the money from my england account. The trust and kindness offered by the owners made my trip to Ireland and i cant thank them enough. Not only were they so welcoming but the room i stayed in was immaculate and lovely and the breakfast made by his wife the following morning was delicious! Very very highly reccommend!!

Room tip: Single still has a double bed!

My brother and I had a terrific one-night stay at Coffey's River's Edge B&B. I don't think I've ever been greeted as warmly as Anne greeted us upon arrival. I'd told her by email I was travelling with my brother and she had booked us into a wonderful, kooky room with plenty of space for us both. So kind and thoughtful. The room was lovely; super-clean with very comfortable beds and sensational views over the river. Anne's dinner recommendations were spot-on and we thoroughly enjoyed walking around this lovely litle town in the evening. Breakfast (prepared by Finbarr and served by Anne) was plentiful and delicious. Finbarr checked us out and had many great tips for making the most of our sightseeing around the Ring of Kerry. Overall, I couldn't fault this lovely B&B. Anne and Finbarr are the friendliest people you could ever meet.

Room tip: Make a polite request (e.g. quiet or spacious room) and Anne will do the rest!
