We were on our way to Ring of Kerry, and thought we would stop by Puck Fair in Killorglin on the way. the weather didn't cooperate, so it took several hours to get there, and we were stuck without a place to sleep. We met Finn standing outside the River's Edge and asked if he had room (we thought it unlikely.) We told him it was our honeymoon, and that we hadn't originally planned to stay the night.
Then things got awesome! Luckily, he had 2 rooms free, and showed us into the BEST, most romantic cozy room. (#12) it was top floor, and looked out over the bridge (and fireworks) it had a little electric fireplace and a bathroom (shared, but we never had to share as room 11 wasn't being used!)
We spent the evening out at Puck Fair, and got back in time to open the windows, turn on the fireplace and watch the fireworks. Magical!
Next morning, Ann and Finn made a great breakfast (so big we skipped lunch!). They were so friendly and accommodating from start to finish! We said our goodbyes and were off to the Ring!
