This place was amazing. Florence was more then welcoming. Food was delicious. Great area easily accessible to pubs and stores. Would highly recommend. Prices were affordable. Florence has three dogs that are so precious and performs tricks for the guest. Such a great experience.

Florence and Katrina are the perfect hosts. The attention to detail and heart warming charm of this B&B is refreshing and mirrors the Irish Welcome and Friendliness. The breakfast offerings are better than a 4 star hotel and her winter garden is cozy and layed out perfectly. Location is just a 10 Minute walk from the town center where you can visit some lovely pubs. Make sure you do the guided Castle tour and visit the cute local stores.

Can't recommend Coatesland House highly enough. The owner, Florence, makes you feel like you're staying with a relative - so warm, relaxed, friendly and welcoming. The house is beautiful and the room had everything you could need with extra facilities and special touches i.e. a teddy on the bed. Breakfast in the bright conservatory was delicious and plentiful, huge variety catering for all. I'll not stay elsewhere in Adare on my return visits. Everything about this B&B was perfect, but Florence and her dogs absolutely made the experience more memorable and enjoyable. Thank you, Florence. Look forward to seeing you again.

We arrived a little early, but we got a warm welcomed by Florence and her well trained dog Winnie. Our room had everything we needed and it even got two bathrooms. One for the kids and one for us. We had a nice view to the garden and they have wifi. Breakfast was exceptional, you have so much choice and excellent service. The kids played with the dogs and we enjoyed the nice conversations with Florence and Katherina. They gave us great tips about the area and where to go to diner. In a few minutes walk you can go to the center of the town and there is also a big playground for the kids around the corner of the street. We had a lovely stay and we hope to visit Florence again in the future.
