Six of had a lovely week in Kenmare in August, staying in 18 Oakwood Manor.
Having 3 en-suite bedrooms is a real bonus.
The house is spacious and so well equipped.
The location is great; peaceful with easy parking but just a stroll into the centre of Kenmare with all the restaurants, bars and live music.
The house has had a lot of thought and effort put into it to make it such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay - thank you and well done Laura
Laura's house is very lovely and clean. The ensuite bedrooms were a real plus. The locations was not only quiet, but within an easy walking distance to all the shops. We were three women travelling together and we felt quite safe here.
An exceptionally welcoming and comfortable house in a lovely part of Ireland. All was thoughtfully provided for a home from home stay. Fresh flowers, tea, bread, milk and much more were greatly appreciated upon arrival. Spacious and beautifully furnished. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. Thank you Laura for putting in that extra effort to make our stay memorable and very enjoyable.
You can tell that it's not just a holiday home, Laura put a lot of love and consideration into the house, the garden and the furnishing. It's comfy and quiet with a lot of little neat extras that you do not get in a normal holiday rental. The kitchen is really well equipped, it's like at home. (Slight point deduction for the lack of pint glasses! ;) ). There is even all the food basics, spices, salt etc.
You can easily walk into Kenmare as well as 3 different supermarkets that are really close by. Laura's info package will point out everything you need to now about the town and the area.
The place is great, especially for a family with kids.
To be greeted by fresh flowers in all rooms and some fresh bread and fruit set the stage right at the start. Lovely place, thank you Laura!
