Me and my fiancé recently stayed here to visit his grandma. We were instantly made to feel welcome by Phil at the bar and our room was so lovely, clean and beautifully decorated! The evenings were great fun having drinks in the pub downstairs with the locals and owners Sally and Steve made us feel extremely welcome! Overall we had such a great stay and would definitely be coming back! Thank you guys! x

Turned up at the hotel just before 19:30. Only person able to show us to our room was serving behind the bar. He briefly took us up and told us everything we needed to know was on the back of the door. Went to order food almost straight away only to be told that they had stopped serving (this was before 8 pm and the menu said food served till 9 pm!). We stayed 2 nights but nobody was around to ask if we needed anything during the entire stay.
The room was average, pictures missing from the wall, shower mouldy and certainly not the power shower as in other reviews! Room overlooking main road and only ventilation was window - so toss up between noise or heat!
On positive side, wifi worked, car park to rear and across the road from the Farm House Kitchen - a great find for a good cooked breakfast. Nobody asked us if we wanted one at the hotel we were staying at!

Room Tip: no - twin room at front can only be described as average

Loved our stay in the New Inn, brilliant atmosphere on a Saturday night. Bruno the dog was made to feel very welcome by Steve as well as the locals. Lovely room and brilliant stay overall! Will definitely be returning when next in North Wales!
