Last weekend we held a function at the Falcon for 60 people. The food was spectacular and the service was second to none. Highly recommend.
The room was warm, nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Arrived to a freezing cold, damp room, no heating had been put on and the bed was damp, we booked a superior room, and asked for a lower level room, we were what felt like the attic and If room 10 is classed as superior I wouldn’t want to stay in the standard rooms. The lady that checked us in was lovely breakfast was ok we didn’t get what we ordered, no beans or tomato food put in front of us and left to get on with it, no check back or offer of sauces. Shame really could be such an amazing place ???
The room we stayed in was well equipped, had a comfy bed, was well heated, and had a bath, often a rarity these days.
Dinner was very good with several homemade dishes to choose from. Breakfast was equally as enjoyable.
Prices were reasonable, but above all the owners and staff provided a first class service. No matter how good or bad the food and facilities are, if the service is poor it's a "thumbs down" for me. The Falcon was a"thumbs up" and when we return to Carmarthen we hope to stay here again.

We had an absolutely delicious 2 course lunch last Wednesday and the whole group thoroughly enjoyed themselves in the comfortable surroundings. First class chef and professional staff. Diolch yn fawr iawn i bawb.
Very clean place to eat ,loved the ambience of the place. Absolutely delicious food and plenty of it. Staff very presentable and attentive.Thoroughly enjoyed the excellent 'birthday lunch get-together.'
Excellent room, all the staff are friendly and considerate, we stayed overnight after a group Sunday Lunch which was superb. The hotel has great style and attention to detail, we will certainly stay here again.
