We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in the cottage with two teenagers aged 13 and 16. The land around the property resembles a park and enabled our boys to play golf, badmington, tennis and football. At the rear of the gardens is a forest that captured the boy's imagination with 3 days of our holiday spent building a den.

The cottage itself was beautifully finished with all modern fixtures and fittings but retained a very romantic and quaint feel. It would make a super destination in the cooler winter months with its huge wood burner.

The decking area is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast with the sun coming up over the valley to the east and great throughout the day open to the south. You also have the advantage from the decking of an open view across the gardens if you travel with younger children.

Pompadour is literally up the road, there are many supermarkets nearby and just loads of places to visit that appeal to all ages. We all thoroughly recommend this property.
