Here 4 x 2 weeks, + points / good pools , air con works, premium drinks.
Minus points/ only 3 bars , only 1 restaurant, add payment €20 for the only ONE other restaurant that has 3 menus, sold as separate restaurants , VERY MISLEADING , very poor towels in room & beach.had to have room towels changed as threadbear on a number of occasions, had to moan about cleaning of our balcony & glass, I would not recommend this hotel, it’s a good 3 star period .
Great hotel, entertainment team are great, drinks easy to get and the shows are good, sunay from the entertainment made our holiday so much fun, they went above and beyond to ensure that you had everything you need! Sunay is brilliant thank you!

I read so many reviews and found them confusing so I'm writing my own. We travelled from the UK with 2 children, 5 and 7.
Pros:
Lovely hotel with a luxurious feel, clean and mainly welcoming
Food decent quality, fresh and well maintained
Omlettes at breakfast and all the lunch items outside near the pool are the best food. Lunch very good and all cooked fresh.
Premium drinks
Hammocks and swings which the children enjoyed
Clean and large pools
Magic and show and juggling were enjoyed by our kids
Plenty of beds
Complimentary towels, you don't need to take any with you
Cons:
Buffet gets very repetetive, seek out the turkish food which is the best. Theme nights are not great
Have to pay to go to all a la carte, which I think is unreasonable
Limited cocktail menu
Limited kids entertainments, no park (except a small one in the kids club area)
Water tower nice, but on the smaller side
The noise from the hotel next door, eg karaoke, banging music, was ridiculous. Where they have their stage is right next to a lot of this hotels rooms. If you are planning on staying out well past 1am each night, this isn't an issue, if not, then it is an issue.
Evening entertainment is ok
Overall we enjoyed our stay. If I'd gone in August and paid more I'd have been really disappointed, but for a relaxed break in Sept, it was nice.
Just returned yesterday and what a wonderful time we both had the staff are super friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them.The hotel is very clean but would say they probably could do with a few more room cleaners.The food is plentiful and a wide choice so something even for the fussy eater. Starbucks is a lovely addition and there isn't any need to get up the crack of dawn for a sunbed as plenty to go around so many pools to choice from.We will be coming back to this hotel next year. We also used the spa that was a lovely experience.

2nd stay at Baia, fantastic hotel. Rooms are comfy and cleaned daily. Food is fantastic and always plenty of choice. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Recommend the aqua aerobics great fun.
Lots of activities on throughout the day for those that want to join in.
