about this hotel l think every thing is very good for ex:the food has very quality and choice the room has very good view and very clean the staff was very freindly the guest relations was very good with guests the entertainment programm was very interesting we want to come again and advice to other people this hotel for holiday 100 procent

we were in this hotel in march 2018 and I want to say everything was awful by comparison of other 5 star hotels that I have ever been before !
the main offensive issue was the very bad smell of restaurant ! I don’t know what was the reason but this smell was permanent and so awful! another problem was the unclean dishes specially the glasses ! it seemed they didn’t wash them carefully!the glasses were blurry sometimes with the remain of food or fingerprints ! one other matter was the thin walls of rooms! you could hear the sounds of upstairs or the neighbors! the quality and taste of foods were not perfect but the cookies and sweets were delicious. the entertaining programs was zero ! I am really regretful for choosing this hotel since I did not feel any relaxation and prefer coming back home as soon as possible !

Our hotel’s concept is soft animation and also we would like to state that the time you stayed was the winter season, the activities in summer season are more then in the winter season, there is only life music in the winter season, but still every day we have different plays and every evening different shows or life music, except this we organize music on the beach bar specially for our iranian guests, what is normally is not included in the winter season programm and also iranian music in the evening. We'd like to state that the negative points and criticisms in your review are going to be meticulously examined and inspected by our Management Team. We feel very upset that you did not share with us during your holiday, but if you had informed us about your opinion, we would have given you a better solution about this. Our guests' happiness and comfort are very important for us and we are really sad when guests do not tell us about their requests, so we are not informed and we can not make then our guests completely happy with their holiday. Have been visited several 5 star hotels on this area and can say that Baia Lara definitely worth the money. The hotel and the whole resort is well maintained, clean. The staff is kind and the food is quite ok. So, if you want to relax and enjoy the sun and sea, having drinks on the beach or at the pool, the right place.

It was my birthday,and they surprised me after breakfast with many colorful balloons and at the night with cake and champagne

We visited here last may for a ten night stay. The cleanliness of this hotel is top class, the entertainers were great and the food was amazing. I must recommend lunch outside, where you can pick from a fresh made wood fired pizza, chicken kebab (amazing) fried chicken fresh salad, everything in this hotel has been thought out, only note to add is that the ice cream was often tricky to find and not always readily available. We have booked to come back this year in May,we can’t wait!
