I recently spent a night at the Chateau de la Hussardiere. It was like stepping back in time to an age of elegance and charm. I was made most welcome by Mme Genier-Blondeau and I spent a very comfortable night followed by a delicious breakfast.
Alongside the chateau is the workshop displaying Marblo's paintings and ceramics. A real hidden treasure and I wish I'd had more time to look around.
My only criticism is that I couldn't find the telephone number on Trip Advisor, so here it is for anyone wishing to phone! (0033) 384316469.
