We had a good experience during our stay apart from breakfast time when there were only 2 staff available to serve breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful where possible but rushed off their feet. Excellent location and very clean room.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the hotel are quieter.

Usual Premier Inn quality and standard. Well located hotel near Bristol airport yet far enough away not to feel this. Spacious well equipped rooms. Good views over rolling hills. All staff efficient and pleasant. Well priced menu and wine list for dinner. Good to be able to get food all day-we needed a small snack on arrival to tide us over til early dinner and this was possible.

Room Tip: Ours was at front on first floor and was bright and spacious and had views.

Like other Premier Inns, well run, spacious clean rooms and the setting for this particular Hotel is very picturesque. An older property with plenty of character. Resturaunt was lovely, spacious reasonably priced etc as we had our family with us this time. One small downside, the room was some distance from the car park hencer transporting bagggage, children etc in the wet was a minor challange. Having said that, for a property of this age, with buildings having been added on occasion over the years, that was a small downside given the history associated with the property. We would certainly stay there again & it seems the Premier Inn Chain maintain the same quality in all their Hotels, good to know when booking on line.

Room Tip: Ask for a room close to the carpark, especially if the weather is likely to be inclement.

Very dissaointed, from the outside this hotel looks fairly impressive. The rooms appeared very dated and a bit shabby. It was however clean and staff friendly.
