We arrived at 12.25pm on Friday with no reservation and were happy to be able to sit in the sun, on the terrace.
We decided on the menu du marché at CHF 39.- for an entrée, main meal and dessert. the food was exquisite, the presentation was perfect. The service was excellent. The entrée was cooked vegetables served cold with buffala mozzarella.. Seasoned to perfection.. Main meal was filets de perche from Lake Geneva with shoestring fries and a delicious sauce.. Dessert was a small sherbet verrine, crème brûlée and various little cake bites.. Let’s not forget the succulent raspberry and strawberry..
We left feeling happy and satiated. Had a spritz for the apéro, then a rosé and spelling water. Just an amazing lunch.
