Good location, good food, good vibes, good tent and a wonderful experience. The manager Ramesh shall extend himself to make sure your stay is comfortable to the extent possible. Connectivity is really good at the camps. The location is not very isolated or far off. In case if you want a camping experience, try shivarama which has got tents of various types and great service.

We stayed in a basic tent booked online. The manager Ramesh gave us an extra blanket with the sleeping bags (because the tent is not that effective in Winters). He gave us extremely good service. The location of the place is excellent which is the USP.
However the taxi charges one way from the camp to Bir is Rs200. This place is worth it only if you have your own car.
ALSO, the sales rep Ravi is somebody who just believes in minting money. He was charging us 20 percent more than the normal fare of paragliding. Luckily we compared prices and negotiated. The sales will keep selling different unnecessary packages at exorbitant prices without any concern for service. It is best to directly talk to Ramesh once you reach there, or talk to the locals for getting a correct quote.
Shivirama offered us the best experience of a quiet yet enjoyable stay. Paragliding adventure provided by them was great with amazing pilot coordinator. Camp stay was great with support staff always ready to help you.

The worst of washrooms, tent and Food you will find here. The word 'Regret' will be your favorite, immediately after spending your first night. Washrooms dont even have towel hangers, geysers didnt work. The only breakfast they serve is poori-bhaji every day.

We are sorry to say but your review doesn't seem to be true. Besides, we are the only camping site in Bir-Billing or for that matter in HP where you will find the service like nowhere else. Anyway's, it seems your chose to wrote a bad review only on the basis of some hearsay, which is not at all true. Pathetic experience with staff. Even property is not maintained and they speakup like they have maintained a 5 star property. And on top of that their representative says a double bed is one where 3 people sleeps. I strongly recommend not to go there.. also you wont find road for almost 2-3 kms and you have to drive over rocks.

We have high standards when it comes to providing the service to our guests. No matter what, we will always go a step further to make our guests stay wonderful and comfortable. Our property has been operational now for 2 years and it is still in prime maintained mode. We agree that double bed is meant for 2 people only and you should have booked the rooms accordingly. Lastly, the road to our campsite is perfect for every type of vehicle barring last 1.5 KMS which is not tarred. We sincerely hope that you take the roads less traveled more often than just driving on the city roads. And, by the way city roads are far worse than the naturally built road to our campsite.
