The last time I had a comparable dinner was at Test Kitchen, Cape Town. Look at the attached picture as it came out of Molly's and Guido's kitchen: Summer Truffles from France on a Fried Egg served on a perfect potato mash, baby beet root , red spring onions, fried salted sage leaves and green virgin avocado oil. This was only one of the wonderful courses served! The fabulous Days At Sea Beach Lodge offered more than I could have imagined. Fabulous dining, with a Platinum Awarded Wine Cellar. It’s the finest place to sample the finest food and wines from around the world. I would surely return soon!
