Having spent the last few years enjoying the cuisine at the Webertor Restaurant, I was surprised to learn that it had closed and reopened at a restaurant named Die Villa. Wishing to once more experience the wonderful fare presented at the Webertor, a group and I made reservations at The Villa. The atmosphere was terrific, but the menu had changed, and most of the notable dishes present at the former establishment were no longer listed. We managed to find some interesting dishes, and once they began to be presented, we were happy! As was the tradition at the Webertor, a small gratis soup was presented. It was lovely. The various dishes we ordered were all delicious, and everyone raved about the quality of the food. Needless-to-say, I/we will return to The Villa to sample more of the items on the menu. It was a lovely evening in a beautiful location, which by the way, offers great outdoor seating for a warm, summer evening.
