The hotel is located in the most boring neighborhood imaginable opposite a travel agency with bus parking and in the middle of an industrial area. There is literally nothing within walking distance, no restaurants, no bars, no nothing. The bar in the hotel is not yet operational but rooms have a mini bar for water, juice and some other beverages. The hotel is brand new, rooms are spacious, of good quality and even have a balcony. WiFi is included and fast. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds, breakfast is really good. The place is understaffed, which results in insufficient service, such as stocking up the rooms, maintenance, etc. Existing staff however is helpful, forthcoming and try their very best. Overall, a sufficient place for business purposes if you just need a place to sleep - You will get just that.

The elevator is not working, there is no porter service, no restaurant or bar. The rooms have no curtains. Some rooms have gaping holes in the wall with exposed wires in the toilet. Others are leaking and the floor is constantly wet. Exits and stairs are not labeled and it is a hazard in case of evacuations.
