This is a business hotel ideal for conferences Hotel is remote from the city of Düsseldorf.
Rooms are basic with very low quality thin pillows and a very light blanket. Breakfast and internet are good. Within a walking distance there are some shops and restaurants. Not for holidays. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The room was clean. The restaurant was good (we went there for dinner and breakfast) but the burger had no taste. The spa and the bar were closed (on a Saturday) and the wifi was not accessible from our room.

Good check in and friendly staff on reception. Room was a touch dated and the shower gel and soap wasn’t great or the easiest to get out of the fixed dispenser.
Pillows were a bit on the thin side but slept well enough.
Bar was good for a drink and breakfast was only ok. Hot breakfast items were stone cold.

Been here with Bongo bon with dog. Friendly people at the reception, as well as the rest of the people working there. Clean and decent rooms, a breakfast with sufficient choice.
One comment maybe, the bar was not open - yes it was possible to order a drink in the bistro, but we just like enjoying a drink in a the bar. An opportunity to meet new people.
Ideal location to visit Neuss and/or Düsseldorf. Parking under the hotel or just the public parking in front of the hotel.

This hotel was booked by the corporate head office for a exhibition taking place in Düsseldorf.
Clean basic hotel with comfortable beds but pillows need much improvement. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Small gym on site which did the job
Used the bar in the evening which had good range of the drinks
Hotel is slightly too far from centre of Düsseldorf but there are a range of decent restaurants within Neuss.
