Clean and spacious rooms. Its location is very good if you have a car; the centre of Düsseldorf is relatively close by and you avoid much of downtown traffic. Parking is ample in the area (at least on weekends when the nearby office buildings are empty). Another business-traveller-oriented hotel that's a safe choice with no surprises.

I would only mention that the beds make no sense. Two single beds joint together; if the two people staying in the room are not a couple, they'd rather not sleep next to each other; if they are a couple, they need a double duvet, not two (very) narrow single ones. So I'll take a star off because of that. Small detail but small details make the difference.

Extremely helpful staff, well located hotel with ample secure parking (for a small fee). We were in Neuss attending a funeral having travelled from the UK. Reception was exceptionally helpful arranging for our PCR results to be printed out before our departure if we needed them to. Breakfast and dinner were excellent even though dinner had to be taken in the bar as the restaurant was closed.

The hotel has really cosy, big rooms and they are well equiped. The food is very tasty and they have a lot of options. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you are in Neuss area.
