I just finished my 5 day stay at Blauzeit at Ludwigsburg, and I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Many previous reviewers expressed concern with expensive internet. Now the internet is free, and very fast. The breakfast was excellent, and also the staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms are somewhat small for american standard, but quite normal for Germany. There is a lot of traffic and noise if your room is facing towards the street, as mine was, but if you close the window, you will not hear much. So all in all, this is a very good hotel worth the price.

Room tip: Ask for room which is not facing the main street.

Either a short or a long term business trip, I recomend this hotel.
Comapired to what I've seen arround Germany it's one of the best at this price range.
Breakfast is good, service is professional, location is perfect (10 min. walk from city center).
One main point would be the Spa, they will open it even for one gast, and it perfect after a hard work day.

Average hotel, basics are there. Expected more for price paid. Dispenser in toilet labeled as for shampoo, shower gel and conditioner- all in one bottle!
Staff very friendly and helpful- good service.
Room faced main street so can hear sirens blaring but overall traffic sounds tolerable as windows quite sound-proof.
Free apples at reception. No kettle, fridge or safe in room.
Walk 15 mins to town centre. 12 mins walk to train station.

Hotel is fine and location was good for meeting just outside of Stuttgart but very limited parking availability meant had to find somewhere nearby

Plenty of restaurants nearby and as I said, the hotel itself was perfectly nice

Room tip: Arrive early to get a parking space

modern look and decent breakfast in the hotel. since on business trip I didn't have time to try the wellness area.
distance to public transportation (S-Bahn) acceptable (10min walk).
Ask for a room not on the two sites with busy streets (too many cars/loud)

Room tip: wellness area in the hotel might be good, but I didn't have time to try out
