Description: The Executive Chef Alexandre Willaume uses seasonal, good quality and fresh products. It is really important for him to cook as much possible products issued from the organic farming. The menu is focused on three products: the best of beef, poultry and fish. He suggests also some vegetarian and vegan dishes. The Show Kitchen, entirely opened into the dining room, offers an immediate invitation to discover the production of tasty and generous dishes. Our cooks will be happy to share some anecdotes and it will be by no means rare to catch a whiff of the delicious smells coming from the Josper oven, the rotisserie or the plancha. The room is an ideal place for a business lunch, intimate dinner or meal with family and friends. Here, simplicity is mixed with excellence and openness, a space where welcome and warmth come from flawless, friendly service. Waiting staff are trained in a different approach of service, to ensure you feel as though you were at home.

5 if you are waited on by Julien! His energy is amazing. He cares. He is nice to Americans!!! He is so engaging and I just cannot say enough about him and how much his personality added to my 2 days at the hotel. Audrey up front is lovely as well.
The menu was nice and the breakfast is quite extensive. Best hotel at CDG hands down.

Despite the hotel's marketing hype, this is what we would call back home: a "coffee shop" or informal secondary restaurant. There is no primary restaurant at the hotel. Just putting chef's hats on the kitchen crew doesn't make them chefs.

I have read many of the recent negative reviews, but we found the wait staff very pleasant, prompt and eager to please.

The restaurant decoration is fine, and the menu is somewhat wide ranging, but I can't overcome the negative impression of over-priced and underwhelming "airport" food. We didn't try some of the more ambitious menu because (1) we have had a good month in France and (2) I was skeptical they could pull it off. The Twenty Euro "Truffle and Parmesan Burgers" proved my point. A splash of truffle oil and a whiff of Parmesan doesn't rescue an average hamburger. In a country that is known for its cheese, the thin slice of what was represented as "cheddar" was sacrilegious-an insult to the variety, and more like a despicable American "Velveeta". The frites and mini-salad were fine. A dessert tart and boules of ice cream were decent-although probably from some industrial kitchen somewhere else.

We had an early flight, so we arrived for breakfast at about 6:40 AM and the buffet looked and tasted fine. A bit pricey at 26 Euros per person since I didn't see any hot dishes, but eggs and sausage on the steam table is often disappointing too.

It is an acceptable "restaurant", but certainly doesn't give them any edge.

Very friendly service from the hostess, Sarah, and from the waitress, Sandra. Both spoke excellent English! I got a nice duck l'orange and my wife got some sort of chicken dish, plus we ordered pommes frites and basmati rice on the side. After a really good bottle of Bordeaux the whole thing came out to 112.00 euros. Highly recommended! And by the way, it may sound dumb but even the water was good. Get a carafe of tap water--it was clean, with no aftertaste.
