- Clean and comfortable rooms.
- Good room facilities.
- Comfortable bed.
- Surprisingly quiet for a place so close to the airport.
- Friendly english speaking staff.
- Fast check in and check out.
- Good restaurants in the lobby.
- Good value for money.
- And the most important of all: good location right outside the airport terminal 3 and RER station.

I just stayed for an overnight connection. The hotel was OK, with rooms not so small and clean. We asked some food and it was not that bad, considering it was 2 am.

Transfer is free from the airport, although we had to wait a while to get picked up.

Overall it was a good experience but it is only worth for an airport overnight.

I checked in with my French colleague who has been helping me to develop my French language skills. The staff member on reception told me to speak English and stop ruining his language.. My French colleague then got very upset with this man and remonstrated that my French was actually rather good and better than the staff members English skills. All I can say is that he's lucky we were tired.......the rudest staff....stay somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being

We fly through CDG several times a year and we often find ourselves here at the Ibis Paris CDG Airport Hotel. It is easy to get to from the airport while taking th CDGVAL free shuttle and then a little walk from where the shuttle drops you. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is great (excellent breads, cheeses, coldcut meats, yogurts, coffee, etc) and abundant and the staff have always been friendly and professional. We have eaten dinner at the restaurant several times and have enjoyed our meals.

Our biggest complaint is not the fault of the hotel and it is our complaint for all the hotels in that immediate area, a portion of the walkway from the shuttle area to the hotel (the outside portion) has COBBLE stone type of bricks making it really difficult to roll luggage to the hotels in that area. WHO designed this walkway?

The hotel is reasonably priced and convenient if you are catching an early morning flight the following day - situated just next to the railway station from where there is a free shuttle train to Terminals 1 and 2 (the hotel is also a very short walk from Terminal 3). Our room was very small and the bathroom (with toilet, small basin and minuscule shower) was one of the smallest I have ever seen. With two large suitcases plus hand luggage, there was hardly enough place left in the room for the two of us.

Two restaurants on the ground floor, but neither of them is open for dinner before 19h00, which is quite late for weary travellers who have travelled a long way (perhaps suffering from jetlag). We were there promptly just before 7 pm, by which time there were already several other people waiting for dinner, and by the time we left the restaurant an hour later there was a long queue of people waiting outside for a free table. If they opened the restaurant earlier in the evening (e.g. 6 pm) there would probably be less of a queue at 8 pm.

On the other hand, breakfast (a good choice) is served from 4 am, allowing travellers to eat breakfast before their early flights.

Would stay here again if catching an early flight or if arriving very late at night
